We ship international wholesale orders (Canada and rest of world) via UPS Worldwide. We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment.
Let us know if you have your own method of shipping, and would like to arrange payment and a pickup yourself.
Brooklyn Candle Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered — please take adequate precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely. Brooklyn Candle Studio has no control over delivery delays due to customs

If you'd like to smell our scents, we are happy to provide tealight samples upon request—we just ask that you pay the international shipping costs. Please contact us for more information.
T E S T E R S
One of each tester can be purchased at half off wholesale price if at least one case pack of one scent is purchased. Please inquire if you would like testers.
G E N E R A L R E T U R N P O L I C Y
We do not accept returns. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to Brooklyn Candle Studio within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. After a review of your request, an exchange will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future purchase. Exchanges or credit towards future purchases will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable
